SPÄTI project room

Our multifunctional project space is located on Sonnenberg, at Jakobstraße 42. Originally started as an art project, our corner shop now opens its doors for your workshops, seminars, group meetings or small events, private parties or pop-ups.

Here, urban neighbourhood charm meets maximum flexibility. Whether you want to concentrate on work or relax with friends, the space adapts to your needs.

Our project space offers you:

    • Ample space: Two connected rooms with a total area of approx. 57m²
    • Adjustable lighting: Thanks to the modular lighting system, you can set the right mood for every occasion – from bright and focused to atmospheric and dimmed.
    • Flexible design: Tables and chairs can be arranged or moved aside as needed. The large windows create an open, inviting atmosphere.
    • Fully equipped: A small kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher and sufficient crockery is available.
    • Fridge service: On request, we can stock our beverage refrigerators in advance with a selection of cold drinks for your event.
    • Perfect connections: Parking spaces and a bus stop are located right outside the front door. Toilets are of course available.
    • Audio-visual equipment available: projectors, audio boxes, microphones and other sound equipment can be booked as required. Please take a look at our technology pool https://www.klub-solitaer.de/technikverleih/

The daily rental fee is 175 € /net, special conditions for non-profit use, for example are available.
