Due to the high demand for studio rooms, a new project and studio house (Jakobstr. 42) has been added since January 2019. On the ground floor the printing workshop DRUCKSTOCK GLASKASTEN is operated under the direction of Anatoli Budjko. It is open to artists for use. In addition, there is a gallery for graphic art prints, which shows temporary exhibitions, connected to the printing workshop. Also located on the ground floor is the OFF-Space SPÄTI, which is currently used for various temporary artistic and cultural projects.
