The studio and project house A102 in Augustusburger Straße 102 was to be demolished in 2010 as part of the "Stadtumbau Ost" project. The building was preserved through private purchase. In addition to the HINTEN Gallery and the LOKOMOV Cultural Space and Bar, the A102 also houses workshops, studios and rehearsal rooms. At present the following actors* are active here:
